Romano Penha – Regional Sales Director

Romano Penha Engineer, graduated from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), has more than 16 years in the aviation market. He worked for 10 years at Embraer, as Sales Engineer Sr. & Product Strategy, been part of the development and sales of the Phenom’s, Legacy’s and Lineage’s programs, as well as the market and development of the EMBRAER 170/190 family. He also worked as a sales engineer at LEKI Aviation USA and at Esoteric Aerospace (NY).

Scott Gugel – Regional Sales Director

Scott Gugel With over 25 years of experience in rotorcraft operations, he has spent over 10 years exclusively working on several superyachts in the capacity of pilot/engineer, responsible for all aspects of flying and maintaining yacht-based helicopters, and also overseen the aircraft purchase and completions. He’s also a Gulfstream G650 pilot.

Jonas López – VP / Brazil’s Branch

Jonas LopesWith more than 25 years of experience in general aviation and commercial awareness, he has worked as Director in an aeronautical education institution; as an entrepreneur, and with aircraft trade and fleet creation for air taxi companies. Currently, in addition to activities with Global Aircraft, he is a representative of the manufacturers Evektor Aircraft and Stemme AG in Brazil.

Marcos Caput – Regional Sales Director

Marcus CaputHas been working since 2008 with Executive Aviation and has experience in the operation of Air Taxi, FBO, and Executive Handling. Has been with Global Aircraft since 2014. He is an acknowledged Photographer of the aeronautical segment, with a large archive of photos. He attended Aeronautical Science at the FTC College and is revalidating his Pilot License.

Caio Gansauskas – Regional Sales Director

Caio GansauskasEntrepreneur with 25 years of experience, he became a private pilot and IFR 10 years ago. Passionate about the skies, he has already flown in North America, the Caribbean, and South America. With this experience, what was a hobby became a profession and now as Sales Director of Global Aircraft, he integrates aviation and negotiation knowledge into customer service. 

Cadu Gauch – Market Analyst

Carlos EduardoGraduated from the University of Miami in Business Management and Marketing, in 2003, Cadu worked in sales and market analysis throughout his professional career. With his vast experience, he knows the tools to create reports to help Global Aircraft customers when buying and/or selling the aircraft.

Marcelo Romanelli – Management Partner

Currently, in charge of Global Aircraft Orlando, Marcelo has 33 years dedicated to Aviation. He worked for 12 years in the Aeronautical Industry (Embraer) as a technician in the Technical Department of Engineering and Projects, Assembly / Production Line and as an Aviator, Director of Operations for Embraer North America in Florida, ANAC checker, EASA, and CAAC (China), NBAA Safety Comity and member for 15 years of the EJOA (Embraer Jets Owner Association), having accepted and received at the factories, more than 50 aircraft since May 2000.
